THE BRANDPRINT LIMITED RETIREMENT BENEFIT SCHEME

Notice is given in accordance with section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that The Brandprint Limited Retirement Benefit Scheme is being wound up and that the Trustee intends to distribute all the assets of the Scheme. Any person who believes that they have a claim against the Scheme or a right to any benefits under it must send details of their claim or rights in writing to the Trustee at Bezier House, Thames View, Abingdon, Oxfordshire OX14 3LE. The deadline for receipt of the details by the Trustee is 22 April 2002. After this date the Trustee will complete the winding-up of the Scheme and will distribute all its assets among the persons entitled to them having regard only to the claims of which they have had notice. They will not be liable to any person of whose claim they have not had notice at the date of distribution. Anyone who has received a copy of a letter from the Trustee dated 4 February 2002, addressed to them personally does not need to respond to this notice.
