UK PLANT (1987) PENSION SCHEME
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that the Trustees are winding-up the UK Plant (1987) Pension Scheme (“the Scheme”). Any former employee of UK Plant Ltd. or UKP Melting Ltd. (“the Company”) who believes that they were a Member of the above Scheme but who has not already taken a refund of their own contributions, or received or transferred their benefits out of the Scheme, or who has not been contacted by either the Company or William M. Mercer Ltd. during 2000 or 2001, is requested to write to Alexander Forbes Trustee Services Limited, Departmental Code 1551, 6th Floor, Market Square House, St James’s Street, Nottingham NG1 6FG, to make a claim for benefits. Claimants should provide their full name, address, date of birth and details of when they worked for the Company. If any other person believes they have a claim against or an interest in the Scheme, they are requested to write to the same address setting out particulars of their claim. Claims must be made within 2 months of the date of publication of this advertisement. After the 2 month period, the Trustees will finalise securing benefits for any remaining beneficiaries having regard only to the claims and interests of which it has prior notice and will not be liable to any person for a claim of which it does not then have notice.
