The United Synagogue Pension Scheme is to be wound up with effect from 1 July 2001. The assets of the Scheme will be used to meet the liabilities. If you know of somebody who may have a claim or interest under the Scheme who may have moved and lost contact with the Trustee, please also write to the Trustee at the address given below within two months of this notice giving contact details of the person with the claim or interest. After that date the Trustee will distribute the assets of the Scheme to meet the liabilities known to them. The Trustee will not be liable for any claim or interest of which it has not had notice before that date. You do not need to reply if you have had any communication during the last six months from the Trustee in relation to the United Synagogue Pension Scheme.
