THE MOUNTJOY PENSION FUND

In accordance with section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, the Trustees of the Mountjoy Pension Fund (the Fund) hereby give notice of their decision to wind up the Fund with effect from 31 January 2002. The Trustees have written directly to all Fund Members advising them of this decision and providing them with information about the wind up process. If you believe that you are entitled to benefits under the Fund and you have not received any formal correspondence from the Trustees you should notify the Trustees in writing not later than 2 months from the date of this advertisement of your belief that you are entitled to benefits from the Fund. When writing please provide confirmation of your National Insurance number, full name, date of birth, and confirmation of employment and period of employment with the Principal Employer, Cumbrae Properties (1963) Limited or the participating employers: The Mount Stuart Trust, Bute Estate Limited, Bute Fabrics Limited or Dumfries Estate together with any other information you have that may help to validate your claim. Your notification should be sent for the attention of the Trustees, Mountjoy Pension Fund, c/o Cumbrae Properties (1963) Limited, 47-49 Borough High Street, London SE1 1NB. After 1 May 2002 the Trustees will have regard only to the claims and interests of which they have had notice in exercising their powers and duties under the Scheme and, as regards any property distributed by the Trustees in accordance with the provisions of the Fund the Trustees shall not be liable to any person of whose claim they shall not have then had notice.
