The Trustees of the Humberside Holdings Limited Retirement Benefit Plan (“the Plan”) are proceeding with the winding-up of the Plan following a merger of the assets and liabilities of that Plan with the Powell Duffryn Pension Plan. The Trustees ask that anybody who believes they have an entitlement to a pension from this Plan and who has not received an announcement from the Trustees in November 2001, concerning the merger, should write to the address below providing particulars of such entitlement, together with their name, National Insurance number, date of birth and any other information which might assist the Trustees in determining whether the individual is eligible to a benefit. Potential beneficiaries of any deceased Member should provide similar information and also a note of their relationship to the deceased Member. Letters should be sent, not later than 17 May 2002, to The Trustees of the Humberside Holdings Limited Retirement Benefits Plan, c/o William M Mercer, 1 Whitehall, Whitehall Road, Leeds LS1 4HR.
