Notices under the Trustee Act 1925
SYSTEM COLOURBOX LIMITED MONEY PURCHASE PENSION PLANS
PURSUANT TO SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925
The System Colourbox Limited Pension Schemes (“The Schemes”) were established with
effect from 18 March 1985 and 23 December 1986 respectively.
The Company went into liquidation on 15 May 2001. On 1 October 2001, Alexander Forbes
Trustee Services Limited (previously Bradstock Trustee Services Limited) of registered
office, 1 Seething Lane, London EC3N 4NH, were appointed by the Liquidator to assist
him with the winding-up of the Schemes.
Alexander Forbes Trustee Services Limited have corresponded by post with all known
Members of the Schemes. Accordingly, it is of vital importance that any person having
a claim against or an interest in the Schemes, including any person who may have been
employed by the Company or an associated employer on a part time basis and who considers
that his or her exclusion from the Schemes may have constituted indirect discrimination,
who has not received correspondence from us should make themselves known to the Trustees
of the Schemes.
Particulars of any claim should be sent in writing to Mrs Andrea Thurlby, Alexander
Forbes Trustee Services Limited, 6th Floor, Market Square House, St James’s Street,
Nottingham NG1 6FG, on or before 6 May 2002, after which date Alexander Forbes Trustee
Services Limited, along with the Liquidator, will proceed with the winding-up of the
Schemes and distribution of the Schemes’ assets having regard only to the claims and
interests of which it has had notice.
Notification is not required from persons who are currently in receipt of a pension
from the Schemes, or who have received correspondence relating to the Schemes from
Alexander Forbes Trustee Services Limited.
