The Trustees of the Scheme hereby give notice that they intend to distribute the relevant assets of the Scheme amongst all persons entitled to benefits from the Scheme on 11 December 2001, the date of its discontinuance. Anyone who believes that they are entitled to a share of the assets of the Scheme and who has not already notified to the Trustees of the Scheme their claim to benefits, should contact the Trustee, c/o Compensation and Benefits, Barclays Capital Services Limited, telephone 020-7773 2727. Alternatively, you can e-mail your claim to the Trustees at pension.transfer@barclayscapital.com. Notice of any claim to benefits from the Scheme must be received by the Trustees within 2 months of the date of this advertisement and the notice must set out details of the claim.
