No 863 of 2002 In the Matter of AIMTONE LIMITED and in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986 A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of 1st Floor Battle House, 1 East Barnet Road, Barnet, Hertfordshire EN4 8RR, presented on 6 February 2002, by HM Customs and Excise, of CRU, Legal Recovery Unit, Reg. Bus. Services (Northern), 3rd Floor, North West Queens Dock, Liverpool L74 4BJ, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 27 March 2002, at 1030 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
