Take note that I, Daniel Plant, of Casson Beckman & Partners, 3 Dyers Buildings, Holborn,
London EC1N 2JT, intend to apply to the Secretary of State, under the provisions of
the above Act, for authorisation to act as an Insolvency Practitioner.
Any person having reason to believe that such authorisation should not be granted
should, within 28 days of publication of this notice, communicate such reason to the
Department of Trade and Industry, at Area 1.10, PO Box 203, 21 Bloomsbury Street,
London WC1B 3QW.
