THE G MODIANO LIMITED GENERAL PENSION SCHEME

Notice is given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that the G Modiano Limited General Pension Scheme (“the Scheme”) is winding-up. Any person who has a claim, entitlement or interest in the Scheme is required to provide written particulars to the trustees of the Scheme, c/o John Aarvold, G Modiano Limited, Rodwell House, 100 Middlesex Street, London E1 7HD, prior to 30 June 2002. After this date the Trustees will distribute the assets of the Scheme having regard only to the claims of which they have prior written notice and will not be liable in respect of any person whose claim has not been notified to them in writing prior to 30 June 2002.
