THE WILLIAM NASH P.L.C. PENSION & ASSURANCE PLAN (THE “PLAN”)
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that the Trustees are winding-up the Plan. Any former employee of William Nash p.l.c. or any other Company or firm which has participated in the Plan, who believes that he or she was a Member of the above Plan but who has not already taken a refund of his or her own contributions, or received or transferred his or her benefits out of the Plan, or be contacted by the Trustees since 1 January 2001, is requested to write to Roy Lynes, at the Plan administrators (Heath Lambert Group, Boundary House, 4 County Place, Chelmsford CM2 0RP) to make a claim for benefits. Claimants should provide their full name, address, date of birth and details of when they were Members of the Plan. If any other person believes they have a claim against or an interest in the Plan, they are requested to write to the same address, setting out particulars of their claim. Claims must be made within two months of the date of publication of this advertisement. After the two-month period, the Trustees will finalise securing benefits for any remaining beneficiaries, having regard only to claims and interests of which they have prior notice and will not be liable to any person for a claim of which they do not then have notice.
