RELIANT MOTORS LIMITED RETIREMENT BENEFIT SCHEME

Notice is given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that the Reliant Motors Limited Retirement Benefits Scheme (“the Scheme”) is winding-up. Any person who has, or may have, a claim, entitlement or interest in the Scheme is required to provide written particulars to Denise Bodfish, Hammond Suddards Edge Trustees Limited, Rutland House, 148 Edmund Street, Birmingham B3 2JR, prior to 31 May 2002. After this date the Trustees will distribute the assets of the Scheme having regard only to claims of which they have prior written notice and will not be liable in respect of any person whose claim has not been notified to them in writing prior to 31 May 2002.
