Notice is hereby given that by Deed Poll dated 29 October 2001 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of England and Wales on 26 February 2002, I, GBENGA OLUMIDE ADEBIYI, of 2 Sunnyside Cottages, Colnbrook High Street, Colnbrook, Berkshire SL3 0NB, married and a British citizen, by virtue of section 37(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Henry Olumide Olasunkanmi and assumed in lieu thereof the name of Gbenga Olumide Adebiyi.
