Notice is given, under section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that the Trustees of the CIBC Oppenheimer International Staff Pension Scheme are finalising the merger of this Scheme with the CIBC Retirement Savings Plan. On completion of the merger the trust for the CIBC Oppenheimer International Staff Pension Scheme will be wound up and the Trustees wish to trace any persons who were employed by CIBC World Markets International Ltd who believe they should have benefits under the Scheme and who have not already been contacted by the Trustees. If you were an employee of CIBC World Markets International Ltd and believe that you are entitled to benefits in the Scheme which have not already been notified to you, please contact Sharon Goddard at ‘Kingsgate’, 1 King Edward Road, Brentwood, Essex CM14 4HL, within 3 months of the date of publication of this advert. After this date the Trustees will distribute the assets of the Scheme, having regard only to claims of which they have prior written notice and will not be liable in respect of any person whose claim has not been notified to them in writing within 3 months of the date of publication of this advertisement.
