Notice is hereby given under the above Measure of a Petition to the Consistory Court of the Diocese of Chelmsford by the Vicar and Churchwardens of the CHURCH OF ST MARY THE VIRGIN, in the parish of Newport, Essex, to demolish to roof level a disused chimney stack on the north-east corner of the nave roof.
