THE GMS ESTATES LIMITED PENSION SCHEME

PURSUANT TO SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925

Notice is hereby given that any persons having a claim or interest in the GMS Estates Limited Pension Scheme (“the Scheme”) are required to send particulars in writing by registered post of such claim or interest to the Administrator of the GMS Estates Limited Pension Scheme, Mr G R Gatfield, GMS Estates Limited, 32 Great James Street, London WC1N 3HB, within one month of the date hereof.
After this date the Administrator of the Scheme will distribute the remaining Scheme assets in accordance with the provisions of the Rules of the Scheme among the Members and any other persons entitled to benefit having regard only to claims and interests of which he has had notice and will not in respect of the property so distributed be liable to any person of whose claim he shall not have had notice.
Any person who has already been notified of having an entitlement under the Scheme or who has made a claim and received a response need not re-apply to the Administrator.
