K-TECH GROUP PENSION SCHEME

This notice concerns you if you are an employee or former employee of Stylus Supplies (Mountings) Limited, K-Tech Microprecision Limited, 3M K-Tech Limited or widow/widower, child or other, dependent of such employee or former employee.
This notice concerns you if you are entitled to benefits under the following pension arrangements:

The Stylus Supplies Group Pension Scheme;
The K-Tech Group Pension Scheme (formerly known as the Stylus Supplies Group Pension Scheme).

The K-Tech Group Pension Scheme (“the Scheme”) is being wound up.
This means that the Trustees of the K-Tech Group Pension Scheme need to establish exactly who are the beneficiaries of the Scheme, and their entitlements to benefits, so that the Trustees can arrange for the assets of the Scheme to be used to provide pensions and benefits due to the beneficiaries.
The Trustees have already written to all of the Members and beneficiaries of the Scheme for whom they have records. If you have not already received a letter from the Trustees and you have, or think you may have, a right to benefit under the Scheme, you should write to Mr M Brown, 3M Quante Telecommunications Limited, Snailwell Business Park, Fordham Road, Snailwell, Cambridgeshire CB8 7NY, within 2 months from the date of issue of this notice (2 May 2002), after which date the Trustees of the Scheme will proceed to apply all the remaining assets of the Scheme in securing the liabilities attributable to the persons entitled.
