MELTON MEDES (FLETCHERS) FUND
PURSUANT TO SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925

Notice is given that the Melton Medes (Fletchers) Fund (“the Scheme”) is in wind up. The Trustees of the Scheme are anxious to trace former employees (whether full-time or part-time) of: Jaymor Limited (formerly Melton Medes Limited); Robert Fletcher (Stoneclough) Limited; or Robert Fletcher (Greenfield) Limited; who are, or think they may be entitled to benefits under the Scheme. Any such person is asked to provide written particulars of any such claim, entitlement or interest to Sharon Collier-Smith, at Bacon & Woodrow, Colmore Gate, 2-6 Colmore Row, Birmingham B3 2QD, on or before 18 July 2002. After this date, the Trustees will distribute the assets of the Scheme to the persons entitled to them, and will have regard only to the claims of which they have notice. The Trustees shall not be liable to any person for whom notification of a claim or demand has not been received by the Trustees. Notification is not required from persons who are currently in receipt of a pension from the Scheme or who have received correspondence relating to the Scheme from the Trustees.
