Notice of Intended Dividend

LEGION LEASEHOLD HOUSING ASSOCIATION LIMITED

I intend to declare a Dividend to the preferential and unsecured Creditors in the Liquidation of the Company. The Creditors of the Company may lodge proofs of their debt with me at Ernst & Young, Citygate, St James’ Boulevard, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 4JD, up to 14 June 2002 (‘‘the last date for proving’’), quoting the name of the Company and the reference NE0324/G/BM/BC. If you do not prove your debt by the last date for proving you may be excluded from the Dividend which I intend to declare within a period of 4 months from that date.
