COURT ORDER RELATING TO INSOLVENCY APPOINTMENTS
Mr John William Powell having decided to retire from insolvency practice, recently
applied to the High Court of Justice to remove him as officeholder from all his remaining
appointments. In response to Mr Powell’s application the Court ordered, on 18 April
2002, as follows: 1. Mr Powell be removed as Liquidator of the following Creditors’
