This notice concerns you if you are an employee or former employee of: Applied Air Technology Ltd Baxter Fell and Co (Tower Wharf) Ltd Baxter Fell and Co Ltd Baxter Fell International Ltd Baxter Fell Management Ltd Baxter Fell Manufacturing Ltd Baxter Fell Metals Ltd Baxter, Fell Northfleet Ltd Baxter Fell Products Ltd (previously Showrax Limited) Baxter Fell & Co (Northfleet 1977) Ltd (previously Storeplan Limited) Baxter Fell & Co (Warehousing) Ltd Eurolink Merchandising Systems Ltd Hoogovens International Ltd Hoogovens Steel Service Centre Ltd Hoogovens Steel UK Ltd (previously Estel (UK) Ltd and Baxter Tyrell & Co Ltd) Hoogovens Intertube Ltd Honigs (Rochester) Ltd Improvair Ltd Improvair (Scotland) Ltd Maidenhead Finance Ltd; and Tac-Groep Ltd or widow/widower, child or other, dependent of such employee or former employee. The Hoogovens UK Retirement Benefits Plan (“the Plan”) is being wound up. This means that the Trustees of the Plan need to establish exactly who are the beneficiaries of the Plan, and their entitlements to benefits, so that the Trustees can arrange for the assets of the Fund to be used to provide pensions and benefits due to the beneficiaries. The Trustees have already written to all of the Members and beneficiaries of the Plan for whom they have records. If you have not already received a letter from the Trustees and you have, or think you may have, a right to benefit under the Plan, you should write to Mercer Human Resource Consulting, Telford House, 14 Tothill, London SW1H 9NB, within 2 months from date of issue of this notice after which date the Trustees of the Plan will proceed to apply all the remaining assets of the Plan in securing the liabilities attributable to the persons so entitled.
