Notice of Intended Dividends

W HAYWARD AND SONS (HOLDINGS) LIMITED

The Liquidator of W Hayward and Sons (Holdings) Limited gives notice, under the provisions of Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that he intends to make a Dividend to the unsecured Creditors of the Company within a period of 4 months from the last date of proving. Creditors who have not already done so, must send details, in writing, of any claim against the Company to the Liquidator at Rogers Evans, 19 Brunswick Place, Southampton SO15 2AQ, by 30 June 2002, which is the last day of receiving claims.
