THE THWAITES LIMITED PENSION SCHEME

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that the Trustee are winding-up the Scheme. Any former employee of Thwaites Limited or any associated Company who believes that he or she was a Member of the above Scheme or any other person who believes they have a claim or an interest in the Scheme, but who has not been contacted by Aon Limited since 31 March 2002 (wind up date), are required to write to the Trustees of the Thwaites Limited Pension Scheme, c/o Aon Limited (for the attention of Mr M Frechette), Auchinleck House, Broad Street, Birmingham B15 1DL. Claims must be made within 2 months of the date of the publication of this advertisement. After the 2 month period, the Trustees will finalise securing benefits for any remaining beneficiaries having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have prior notice and will not be liable to any person for a claim of which they do not then have notice.
