The Queen having been pleased to approve that Mr John Murdo Morrison JP DL, be appointed Vice Lord-Lieutenant for the Area of the Western Isles, to act for Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant during his absence from the area, sickness or inability to act, a Commission in his favour bearing date 1 May 2002 has been signed by the Lord-Lieutenant.
