Notice is now given that by a Deed Poll dated 21 January 2002 and enrolled in the Central Office of the Supreme Court on 18 March 2002, I, Thomas Henry Seager Seager Berry, of 13 Brookville Road, London SW6 7BH, costs judge, who was single at the date of the Deed Poll but have subsequently married a British citizen, under the British Nationality Act 1981, section 11(1), formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the surname of Berry and have assumed and adopted and intend on all occasions to use and subscribe the surname of Seager Berry instead of the surname Berry so as to be at all times called, known and described by the name of THOMAS HENRY SEAGER SEAGER BERRY exclusively.
