Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 21 February 2002 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of England and Wales on 18 March 2002, I, Fiona Marie Mary Smith, of 35 Millfield, Chard, Somerset, on behalf of LIAM MARCUS SMITH, a child, single and a British citizen, by virtue of section 1 of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Liam Mark Tyas-Peterson and assumed in lieu thereof the name of Liam Marcus Smith.
