Notice is hereby given that an Interim Dividend for the year ended 31 December 2002, of £100 per share has been declared payable on the Ordinary Share of £1 each, in the capital of Traffic Management Products Limited. The Dividend is payable on or after 22 May 2002, and holders of Share Warrants to Bearer should lodge Coupon No. 3 for payment at the registered offices of the Company situated at 11 Kingsway, London WC2B 6XE.
