KENNEDY & DONKIN COMPASS PENSION PLAN

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that the Trustees are winding up the Plan. Any former employees of Parsons Brinckerhoff Limited (formerly known as PB Kennedy & Donkin Limited, formerly Rust, Kennedy & Donkin Limited, formerly Kennedy & Donkin Limited) who believe that they were or are, or should have been members of the Plan, and who have not received an announcement from the Trustees of the Plan, are required to write to Mrs S Thompkins, Compensation and Benefits Manager, at Parsons Brinckerhoff Limited, Westbrook Mills, Godalming, Surrey GU7 2AZ, not later than two months after appearance of this notice to make a claim for benefits under the Plan. Claimants should provide their full name, address, date of birth, the period during which they worked for the Company and any documents supporting their claim. In addition, if any person or persons have any other claims against or interest in the Plan, they are requested to write to Mrs Thompkins at the above address setting out particulars of such a claim in writing not later than two months after the appearance of this notice. After the two month period of notice, the Trustees will distribute the assets of the Plan amongst the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have prior notice and will not, as regards to the assets so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim they do not then have notice.
