NOTICE OF SUBSTANTIAL ROAD WORKS (ENGLAND AND WALES)

NOTICE OF SUBSTANTIAL WORKS FOR ROAD PURPOSES (SCOTLAND)

1. Advance notice is hereby given that the Highway Authority (Cornwall County Council) intends to carry out substantial road works.
2. The street/road in which these works will take place is A388 between Higher Dutson Farm and Millways, Dutson Road, Launceston, Cornwall, classified road NSG number 27400403. The site is centred on Ordnance Survey Grid Ref SX 340 858.
3. Works are expected to affect the carriageway between 12 June 2002 and 12 July 2002.
4. Work is expected to commence on 12 June 2002 (work should begin within one month of this date).
5. The works notified will include resurfacing the carriageway.
6. Subject to the exemptions in the Act and regulations under it, no street works may be executed for a period of 12 months from completion of the works described in paragraph 5 without the consent of the said Highway Authority, which shall not be unreasonably withheld.
