WOLSTENHOLME RINK GROUP PENSION SCHEME

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that any person (including any former part-time employee (or his or her dependants)) of Wolstenholme Rink Limited, (formerly Wolstenholme Rink PLC), or any of its subsidiary companies, including Wolstenholme International Limited, or Openshaw Limited or other businesses within or acquired by the Wolstenholme Group, having a claim to benefit under the trust documentation governing the Woltsenholme Rink Group Pension Scheme or a claim against the Trustees of the Wolstenholme Rink Group Pension Scheme is required to send particulars in writing of his or her claim to the Trustees, whose address is Wolstenholme International Ltd, Springfield House, Lower Eccleshill Road, Darwen, Lancashire BB3 0RP on or before 31 July 2002, after which date the Trustee will apply the assets of the Scheme among the persons entitled to them having regard only to the claims and interest of which they have had notice and shall not be liable for the assets of the Scheme or any part of them so distributed to any person or persons of whose claim or demands they shall not then have had notice. If you have recently received correspondence from the Trustees relating to benefits under the Scheme, then you do not need to respond to this notice.
