J C Wade-Duffee, Liquidator of JWD Associates gives notice, under the provisions of Rule 4.186 and Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that she intends to make a Dividend distribution to the unsecured Creditors of the Company within 4 months of the last date of proving. Creditors who have not already done so, must send details in writing of any claim against the Company to the Liquidator at JWD Associates, PO Box 166, Hedge End SO30 4WZ, by 5 July 2002, which is the last day for submitting claims. A Creditor who does not make a claim by that date will not be included in the proposed Dividend.
