RYFORD LIMITED PENSION & ASSURANCE SCHEME

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that any person who believes he or she has a claim or entitlement to a pension or any benefit from, or interest in, the above fund which commenced wind up on 11 March 2002, by reason of his or her own or a relative’s or other person’s full or part time employment with Ryford Limited, and has not already received a letter from the Scheme’s Trustees, is hereby required to send particulars in writing within two months of the date of publication of this advertisement of his or her claim or entitlement (together with full name, present address, and date of birth) to The Trustees of the Ryford Limited Pension & Assurance Scheme, c/o Andrea Aitchison, Deloitte & Touche, Lomond House, 9 George Square, Glasgow G2 1QQ. The Trustees will distribute the assets of the Scheme among the persons entitled therefore having regard only to those persons of whose claims and entitlements they have notice, and will not be liable to any other person.
