Notice is hereby given, under section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that the Hollis Transport Group Retirement and Death Benefits Scheme is in the process of being wound up. The Trustees have sent a notice to this effect to all Members in accordance with The Occupational Pension Schemes (Disclosure of Information) Regulations 1996. If you have not received any such notice and believe that you have entitlement to benefits from the above Pension Scheme, please contact The Trustees of the Hollis Transport Group Ltd. Retirement and Death Benefits Scheme, c/o Alison Charman, Finsbury House, 23 Finsbury Circus, London EC2M 7UH. Any such requrest must be received by 31 July 2002.
