THE ENRON EUROPE LIMITED PENSION PLAN
NOTICE TO CREDITORS AND BENEFICIARIES UNDER SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925

Pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, and any other relevant power, notice is given that any member, other beneficiary, Creditor or anyone else having any claim against, or claiming to be beneficially interested in, the assets of the Enron Europe Limited Pension Plan (which is governed by a definitive Trust Deed dated 25 July 2000) is required to send to the Trustees of the Plan at the address given below on or before 26 July 2002, written particulars of the claim, after which date the Trustees will proceed to distribute the assets of the Plan among the persons entitled to them having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice, and in respect of the assets of the Plan so used will not be liable to anyone of whose claim they then have had no notice. Claimants’ particulars should include their full name, address, date of birth and details of their period of employment to which their claim applies. This notice applies solely to the Enron Europe Limited Pension Plan, which is a money purchase arrangement. Members of any other arrangements operated by the Enron group need not reply. Members of the Plan and other beneficiaries with whom the Trustees or the Plan’s Administrators are already in contact need not respond to this notice since their interests have already been noted.
