R&G MARITIME AGENCIES LTD RETIREMENT BENEFIT SCHEME

The Trustees of the above-mentioned pension arrangement hereby announce that they intend for R&G Agencies Ltd Retirement Benefit Scheme to be wound up within the next month and determine the Trust governing the arrangement. The Trustees appointed advisor is Smith & Williamson Pension Consultancy (S&WPC) Limited. Beneficiaries of the pension arrangement should have received a letter from S&WPC Limited dated 3 May 2002. Any person who believes that they are entitled to Pension Rights under the above arrangement and who has not received a letter from S&WPC Ltd should contact Francoise Harper at the address detailed below within 14 days after the appearance of this notice. The Trustees will then distribute the assets of the Scheme in accordance with their powers but only having regard to the claims and entitlements of which the Trustees have had notice and they will not, as regards the assets distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim or entitlement they shall not have had notice.
