(formerly called The Andrew Weir & Company Limited Retirement and Death Benefit Scheme (“the Scheme”)
NOTICE PURSUANT TO SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925
Notice is hereby given that any person having a claim against or claiming an entitlement under the Scheme, which is in the process of being wound up by the Trustees of the Scheme, is required to send written particulars of their claim or interest to Robert Louis Powell, Trustee, Hanover International Hotel & Club Hinckley, A5 Watling Street, Hinckley, Leicestershire LE10 3JA, by Monday 19 August 2002. After this date the Trustees of the Scheme will commence to distribute the assets of the Scheme having regard only to the claims and entitlements of which they have had notice and are aware and will not, as respects the assets so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim they shall not then have had notice. Notification has been sent by post to all known Members of the Scheme. This notice concerns only those Members, Creditors or others who have not received correspondence or notification of the winding-up from the Trustees of the Scheme.
