THE APPLEYARD PENSION FUND

Notice is given, under section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that The Appleyard Pension Fund is winding-up. Any person having a claim against, or an interest, in The Appleyard Pension Fund is required to send written particulars to the Trustee, c/o Mr R Nathan, JLT Benefit Solutions Limited, Northgate House, 115 High Street, Crawley, West Sussex RH10 1FY, before 30 September 2002. If you have received a notification from the Trustees of the Jardine Motor Group UK Pension Scheme that your Appleyard Pension Fund benefits have been transferred to that scheme you do not need to reply to this notice as your benefits are known to the Trustee. After 30 September 2002, the Trustee will deal with the assets of the Pension Fund having regard only to the claims and interests of which it has prior written notice and will not, in respect of the assets being dealt with, be liable to any person whose claim has not been notified to it in writing prior to that date.
