NOTICE UNDER SECTION 27, TRUSTEE ACT 1925

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that any person claiming a beneficial interest in A C Pension Fund (formerly known as The Frenisle Self Administered Pension Fund) (‘‘the Scheme’’) is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his claim or interest or beneficial interest including full name, address, date of birth, National Insurance number, dates of entry into membership of the Scheme to David Calow and Geoffrey David Bernstein, 162 Regents Park Road, Finchley, London N3 3HT before 30 September 2002 after which date the Trustees will distribute the assets of the plan among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interest of which they have had notice and will not, as respects the assets so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim they shall not then have had notice.
