PARKER INTERNATIONAL GROUP LIMITED PENSION SCHEME

NOTICE PURSUANT TO SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that any person having any claim or interest in the Parker International Group Limited Pension Scheme is required to send particulars in writing of his or her claim or interest to the Trustees of the Parker International Group Limited Pension Scheme, c/o Neil Mitchell, Mitchell Consulting, Albion Wharf, Albion Street, Manchester M1 5LN, before 8 October 2002, after which date the assets of the Scheme will be distributed by the Trustees among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have had notice. Notification is not required from persons currently in receipt of a pension from the Scheme or who have correspondence from the Trustees relating to the Scheme’s wind up.
