THE SIMSON PIMM RETIREMENT BENEFITS PLAN
PURSUANT TO SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925

The Simson Pimm Retirement Benefits Plan (“The Plan”) was established with effect from 12 April 1961. The Company went into Liquidation on 12 September 2000. On 1 November 2000 Alexander Forbes Trustee Services Ltd (formerly Bradstock) of Registered Office, 1 Seething Lane, London EC3N 4NH, was appointed Independent Trustee and has since proceeded with the winding-up of the plan. Alexander Forbes Trustee Services Ltd have corresponded by post with all known Members of the plan. Accordingly, it is of vital importance that any person having a claim against or an interest in the plan, including any person who may have been employed by the Company or an associated employer on a part-time basis and who considers that his or her exclusion from the plan may have constituted indirect discrimination, who has not received correspondence from us should make themselves known to the Trustees of the plan. Particulars of any claim should be sent in writing to Louise Cottam, Alexander Forbes Trustee Services Ltd, 6th Floor, Market Square House, St James’s Street, Nottingham NG1 6FG, on or before 12 September 2002, after which date Alexander Forbes Trustee Services Ltd, will proceed with the winding-up of the plan and distribution of the plan assets having regard only to the claims and interests of which it has had notice. Notification is not required from persons who are currently in receipt of a pension from the plan, or who have received correspondence relating to this plan from Alexander Forbes Trustee Services Ltd.
