NOTICE TO CREDITORS AND BENEFICIARIES UNDER SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925
MARLBOROUGH UNDERWRITING AGENCY LIMITED RETIREMENT BENEFITS SCHEME

Pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 and any other relevant power, notice is given that any Member, or other beneficiary, Creditor or anyone else having any claim against, or claiming to beneficially intersted in, the assets of the Marlborough Underwriting Agency Limited Retirement Benefits Scheme (which is governed by a definitive Trust Deed dated 3 December 1997 (as subsequently amended)) is required to send to the Trustees of the Scheme at the address given below on or before 30 Spetember 2002 written particulars of the claim, after which date the trustees will proceed to distribute the assets of the Scheme among the persons entitled to them having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice, and in respect of the assets of the Scheme so used will not be liable to anyone of whose claim they have had no notice. Members of the Scheme and other beneficiaries with whom the Trustees or the Scheme’s administrators are already in contact need not respond to this notice since their interests have already been noted.
