Notice is given, under section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that the Trustees of the MTHL Pension Scheme (“the Scheme”) consequent upon the merger with the Arriva Money Purchase Scheme wish to trace any persons who were employed by any of the Companies which have participated in the Scheme since its establishment on 21 October 1994. If you were an employee of any of the Companies listed below, and believe that you are entitled to benefits in the Scheme but have not received notification from the Trustees directly of the wind up, please contact the Trustees of the MTHL Pension Scheme in writing providing your name, address and National Insurance number c/o Mr L Usher, Arriva North West, 73 Ormskirk Road, Aintree, Liverpool, L9 5AE, within two months of the date of publication of this advertisement. After this date, the Trustees will finalise the wind up of the Scheme with the benefits being secured with an insurance Company. The Trustees will not be liable in respect of any person whose claim has not been notified to them in writing within 2 months of the date of publication of this advertisement.
