Notices under the Trustee Act 1925
HYDRON PENSION SCHEME
Notice is given, under section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that the Hydron Pension Scheme (the “Scheme”) is being wound up and that the Trustees intend to distribute all the assets of the Scheme. Any person who believes they have a claim against the Scheme or a right to any benefits under the Scheme must send details in writing of their claim or rights to The Trustees of the Scheme, c/o Tim Powell, Hydron Limited, Hawley Lane, Farnborough, Hampshire GU14 8EQ, within three months of the date of publication of this advertisement. After this date, the Trustees will complete the winding-up of the Scheme and will distribute its assets among the persons entitled to them having regard only to claims of which they have prior written notice aforesaid and will not be liable to any person of whose claim they have not had such written notice. Any person who has received a copy of a letter from the Trustees relating to the winding-up of the Scheme and which was addressed to them personally need not respond to this notice.
