BUS ENGINEERING GROUP LIMITED PENSION & LIFE ASSURANCE SCHEME
THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925, SECTION 27
Notice is given that the Bus Engineering Group Limited Pension & Life Assurance Scheme (the “Scheme”), is winding-up. The Scheme was operated by Bus Engineering Group Limited (whose registered office was Sovereign House, Queen Street, Manchester M2 5HR). Associated Employers who participated in the Scheme are Alder Valley Engineering Ltd, Alder Valley South, Bus Engineering Limited, Bristol Engineering, Carlyle Group Limited, Eastern National, Gatwick Engineering, Guildford Gearbox, Kent Engineering, Southdown and United Counties. Anyone including former employees (whether full-time or part-time), having a claim against the assets of the Fund are required to send their names, addresses and details of their claim in writing to the Trustees of the Bus Engineering Group Limited Pension & Life Assurance Scheme (the “Trustee”), c/o Neil Mason, Mercer Human Resource Consulting, Stratford Court, Cranmore Boulevard, Shirley, Solihull B90 4QT, on or before 31 August 2002, after which date the Trustee intends to distribute the Fund among the persons of whom they have notice and will not, as regards the property so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim they shall not then have notice. The Trustee shall not be liable to any person whose claims or demands have not been received by the Trustee. Notification is not required from persons who are currently in receipt of a pension from the Fund or who have received correspondence relating to the Fund from the Trustee.
