Notice of Intended Dividends

In accordance with Rule 4.106 of the Insolvency Rules 1987, I, David Anthony Ingram, of Chantrey Vellacott DFK, Russell Square House, 10-12 Russell Square, London WC1B 5LF, give notice that I was appointed Liquidator of the above-named Company on 4 December 2000. Notice is hereby given that an Interim Dividend is intended to be declared within 4 months of 31 August 2002. Any Creditor who has not yet lodged a proof of debt in the above matter must do so by 31 August 2002 or will be excluded from this Dividend.
