Notices under the Trustee Act 1925
THE ADMIRAL RETIREMENT BENEFITS PLAN
The Trustees of the above Plan give notice that the Plan is to be wound up following the merger of the Plan with the CMG UK Pensions Scheme and the transfer of all assets and liabilities of the Plan to the Trustees of the CMG UK Pension Scheme. Any person who has a claim, entitlement or interest in the Plan is required to provide written particulars to the Administrator, Jardine Lloyd Thompson, Northgate House, 115 High Street, Crawley, West Sussex RH10 1FY (for the attention of Mr P A Stanway), no later than 30 September 2002. As soon as practicable after that date, any remaining assets of the Plan will be distributed to the Trustees of the CMG UK Pension Scheme and will be available to meet valid claims and secure benefits for persons known to Jardine Lloyd Thompson to have entitlements under the Plan. The Trustees of the Plan will have no liability to any person claiming an entitlement after that date which was not evident from the Administrators’ records. Any person who has already been notified of having an entitlement under the Plan or who has made a claim and received a response need not respond to this notice. July 2002.
