THE THERMOS MONEY PURCHASE PENSION PLAN

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that the Thermos Money Purchase Pension Plan (“the Plan”) is winding-up. Any person who has, or may have a claim, entitlement or interest in the Plan is required to provide written particulars to Nicola Harrop, of Mercer Human Resource Consulting Limited, Kingsgate, 1 King Edward Road, Brentwood, Essex CM14 4HL, prior to 11 October 2002. After 11 October 2002, the Trustees will distribute the assets of the Plan, having regard only to claims of which they have prior written notice and will not be liable in respect of any person whose claim has not been notified to them in writing prior to the aforementioned date.
