Notice is hereby given that by Deed Poll dated 15 June 2002 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 8 July 2002, Rajat Mathur and Ritu Prasad the parents having responsiblity, on behalf of CLEONA ISHITA MATHUR, a child, single and a British citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the forename Ishita and assumed in lieu thereof the forenames of Cleona Ishita.
