NATIONAL PARKS AND ACCESS TO THE COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1949

DECLARATION OF NATURE RESERVE

PARISH OF LLANGOED, COUNTY OF ANGLESEY

Notice is hereby given in pursuance of section 19 of the above-mentioned Act that by the Local Nature Reserve Declaration made on the 17 July 2002, 5.5 hectares or thereabouts in the Parish of Llangoed in the County of Anglesey and shown solid red and solid green on the plans attached to the said Declaration has been acquired by the Community Council (shown green) and is the subject of an agreement entered into with the Council under section 21 of the above-mentioned Act (shown red), and that the said land is being managed as a Nature Reserve.
Certified copies of the said Declaration with plans attached have been posted for public inspection at the Llangoed Village Hall or are available for inspection by contract with the Clerk to Llangoed Community Council, Ty Pridd, Llangoed.
