Notice is now given that by a Deed Poll dated 1 May 2002 and enrolled in the Central Office of the Supreme Court on 25 July 2002, I, ASHLEY SARA ROYLE, formerly Ashley Sara Howarth, of 48 Lymefield Drive, Boothstown, Worsley, Manchester M28 1NA, single and a British citizen, under the British Nationality Act 1981, section 11(1), abandoned the surname of Howarth.
